Prepaid orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
Single bottle prepaid (₹729): ₹49 shipping charge
COD orders: ₹60 convenience charge (covers COD handling)

Tracking


Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS to your registered phone
number and via email. We ship via Shiprocket’s network, primary courier partner is Delhivery.
Delivery Attempts


Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. For COD orders, please ensure you or someone
at the address is available with the exact cash amount. If delivery fails twice, the package
returns to us.

Damaged in Transit?
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video. We’ll
replace it immediately.
