before purchasing.

1. ABOUT US

LUXENPARIS is a D2C fragrance brand operated by ROI LUXE INTERNATIONAL. We
manufacture and sell Eau de Parfum under our own brand. We are not a multi-brand retailer or
aggregator. All products listed on this site are our own formulations.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

2.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
2.2 We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery
(COD) for eligible pin codes. Our checkout is powered by Shiprocket’s checkout platform.
2.3 Online payments are processed through PayU. We do not store card details on our servers.
2.4 COD orders may carry an additional convenience fee (displayed at checkout). Orders
placed via COD are confirmed only after a verification call or SMS confirmation from our team.
2.5 We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment verification fails, stock is unavailable, or
the delivery address falls outside our serviceable zone. Full refunds will be issued in such
cases.

3. CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91
8860531160 or emailing us at info@luxenparis.com
3.2 After 12 hours or once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
3.3 COD orders that are refused at delivery without prior cancellation may result in the customer
being blocked from COD payments on future orders.

4. SHIPPING

4.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days,
depending on location.4.2 Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders above ₹999. Standard shipping charges
(₹49–₹99) apply to orders below this threshold or on COD orders.
4.3 A tracking link is sent via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
4.4 We ship via Delhivery. We currently ship only within India.
4.5 LUXENPARIS is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or
incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1 We do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes due to hygiene reasons. This is
standard practice for all cosmetic and fragrance products globally.
5.2 Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
— Wrong product delivered
— Product arrived damaged or leaking
5.3 To claim a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an
unboxing video showing the issue.
5.4 Approved returns will be processed as a full refund to your original payment method within
5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
5.5 Fragrance performance, longevity, and personal scent preference are not valid return
reasons. Fragrance performance varies based on individual skin chemistry, body temperature,
and climate. We encourage customers to try our 10ml mini set before purchasing the 100ml
bottle.
5.6 We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at
checkout.

6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

6.1 We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including fragrance notes,
longevity, and ingredients. However, fragrance perception is subjective and can vary by
individual.
6.2 The stated longevity (12 + hours) is an average estimate under typical conditions.
Performance may vary in extreme heat, humidity, or dry climates.
6.3 Product images are for representational purposes. Slight colour variations in packaging are
possible.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on luxenparis.com — including text, images, logos, fragrance names (Maniac,
Bubblegum, Oceara, Satisfya), and brand identity — is the intellectual property of ROI LUXE
INTERNATIONAL. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content is
prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. PRIVACY

Your personal data is protected as described in our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you
consent to our data practices.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, LUXENPARIS / ROI LUXE INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable
for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum
liability is limited to the price paid for the specific product in question.

10. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If you
have a consumer complaint, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION


These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your
use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
