Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. All our product images are professionally shot to accurately reflect the actual design, color, and packaging of the perfume you will receive. Slight variation may occur due to screen brightness.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is emailed to you after placing an order. You can also log in to your account and view/download it from the “My Orders” section.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and sealed. Please contact our support team at support@luxenparis.com.

Will you restock items indicated as “Out of Stock”?

Yes, many of our premium fragrances are restocked regularly. You can click "Notify Me" on the product page to get an alert when it's available again.
