Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. All our product images are professionally shot to accurately reflect the actual design, color, and packaging of the perfume you will receive. Slight variation may occur due to screen brightness.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is emailed to you after placing an order. You can also log in to your account and view/download it from the “My Orders” section.

How can I return an item?

At Luxenparis, all perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if you receive a wrong item, damaged, or defective product, you can raise a request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at luxenparisindia@gmail.com with your order ID and unboxing video/pictures.
Our team will review it, and if eligible, we will arrange a replacement

Will you restock items indicated as “Out of Stock”?

Yes, many of our premium fragrances are restocked regularly. You can click "Notify Me" on the product page to get an alert when it's available again.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship PAN India. Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days. For international shipping, kindly reach out to our support team prior to placing an order.
